Lisa Garza

Office Administrator Manager 

Lisa Garza joined the team in July 2011 as an assistant to the office manager. She then transitioned to the full time position of Office Administrator Manager/ Assistant Project Manager. She works closely with each project manager gathering and submitting any and all required documents for each project. She serves as a main point of contact for all general contractors providing customer service and ensuring that the project is carried out properly. 

Juana Gonzalez

Head of Human Resources

Juana Gonzalez joined Hervey-Barlow Specialty Contractors in October 2014. Over the years, she has taken on a variety of roles, which supports the Lead Account Managers.

As the head of Human Resources, Juana has also taken on the duties of benefit enrollment process, compensations, managing employee records, and changes, as well as overseeing warehouse and fleet office operations. 

Diana Garmendez

Receptionist

Diana joined our team in February 2024 as our Receptionist.

She has expanded her roles to Accounts Payable and Administrative Assistant.

Jesus Rodriguez

Account Manager/ Estimator 

Jesus Rodriguez joined the team in 2014. He services clients that have continual work at their various locations. Jesus makes site visits and generates a quote for clients based on the visit. He also bids work from contract documents, preparing competitive proposals for various customers. 

Alex

Estimator

Alex joined the team in June 2020 as an intern estimator while he was continuing his higher education.

He transitioned to a full time estimator in June 2022 and expanded his role as bids request coordinator.

In his leisure time he enjoys traveling and spoiling his pets.

Peyton Leingang

Estimator/Project Manager

Peyton joined the team part-time during the summer in June 2020 and during school breaks.

In 2023, while continuing his higher education, he transitioned into an internship as an estimator during breaks and when his extensive educational workload would allow him to.

After graduating from college in May 2024 he officially joined our team full-time as an Estimator. He has expanded his roles as a project manager, equipment rental manager and assists with field scheduling.

He aims in all his roles to be supportive and maintain a strong work ethic.
